Conference Fees (please choose one, subject to verification). Above fees include: 3-day conference, lunches, coffee breaks and social events as indicated in the conference program i.e. Opening Networking Dinner (Thurs) and Gala Dinner (Sat). Some exceptions may apply for special registration categories and ticket discounts. All Conference Fees are quoted and billed in €. Standard fees include an exclusive Corporate Morning Session in addition to the standard conference ticket.

Authorization to process credit card information and for data use:
	I hereby authorize W.I.N. to use this information exclusively for the purpose of W.I.N. Conferences and payment of W.I.N. 2008 Conference fees. Data is collected and used in accordance with the EU Privacy Directive.
	I hereby also agree to be included as WIN will be taking photos and film during the event and may use them to promote future WIN events.

Terms and conditions

Registration Policy 2008:

Registrations are not complete until all fees are paid in full. May Special and Early Bird discounts are no longer valid if fees are not paid in full by end of stated periods. All participant registration fees must be paid in full by the designated sign-in day to attend any part of the conference. Substitutions are welcome at any time with a Euro 150 administration charge, plus the variation in price if substitution takes place in a different promotion period. Full, multi-day and day passes cannot be shared. Registrations paid and received after September 5th are subject to an additional Euro 200 in administrative fee. If registration fee is paid by bank transfer, please ensure to bring a copy of the receipt to show proof of payment. Registrations and profile updates must be received by 5th September 2008 to ensure inclusion in the W.I.N. 2008 Program book.

Cancellation policy 2008:

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and received by W.I.N. 5st September 2008 for a 50% refund of the registration fee. (Fax: + 41216120351 or email: participant@winconference.net)

Registered participants who fail to attend and do not cancel in writing to by 5st September will be invoiced 100 % of all fees.

W.I.N. reserves the right to modify the program at any time.
